This breathtaking sake is brewed in reverence to the founder’s original vision – Matsuya Kuhē, the very man who established the legendary Kinshi Masamune brewery over 130 years ago.Crafted with nothing but the finest Hyōgo-grown Yamada-Nishiki rice milled to an extravagant 35% and slowly fermented at low temperature with Kyoto’s sacred “Gokō-sui” (one of the city’s three most celebrated natural spring waters), this is the toji’s ultimate labour of love.
