This is an elegant, premium Junmai Daiginjo from Kyoto’s Haneda Shuzo brewery. Brewed with locally grown Iwai rice polished to 40%, “Sōkō” (meaning “blue light”) draws its name from the ethereal glow of the rice under moonlight in the brewery.
